Return policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7–14 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges
Want a different size or color? No problem.
Simply return your item and place a new order for the one you want. We don't offer direct exchanges at the moment.
Damaged or wrong item
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at supportvoid@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right.
